Emanuele, passionate about innovation and technologies, owns the first Olivetti PC with a green monochrome screen in the Matrix code style at the age of 4. From then on, his curiosity and desire for knowledge pushed him to use innovation, day after day, constantly fuelling the desire to deepen it, both in business and in private life.
From Sicily, he moved to Milan. He graduated from Bocconi University with Business Administration specialization in Corporate Finance with a thesis on the Hi-Tech sector and the valuation of intangible assets.
For over 16 years, Emanuele has been working in management consulting to redefine business models, digital transformation, optimization of business processes, change, and project management.
He is an expert in finance, data analysis, forecast models to support business decisions and software development projects. He is a supporter of the Lean and Agile methodology and the use of AI and ML to support business projects and processes.
He has almost always worked outside the national borders, taking part in consultancy firms such as Accenture, EY, PwC, and living permanently in England.
He follows international clients such as Ferring pharma, ENI, Unilever, Ferrero, Nestlè, IREN, BT, Vodafone, Ferring, Shell, Louis Dreifus, Agustawestland Updfield.
Today Emanuele continues to be an international consultant and supports large multinational groups; he approached the world of start-ups and young entrepreneurs with a passion.
A supporter of the give back policy, Emanuele is also a mentor for recent Bocconi University and Milan Polytechnic graduates.
Friends and colleagues always recognize it as one of the first early adopters in digital.
In his spare time, he organizes adventurous intercontinental trips among strangers, acts as a deejay, loves sailing, deep-sea fishing, cooking, photography, and trying new technologies emerging on the market.

Aleksandra is native Bulgarian, living in the Netherlands since 2007. Her professional career started in developing customer facing roles while exploring her passion around helping organisations to find their place in the society and making a difference, whether it is personal or professional.
Her job was focused on customer service and support in a company that had different kind of exposure and was a totally different industry than her studies.
However, the essence of the job was similar - make a difference and be part of the solution. The gained knowledge and skills enabled her to pursue her passions further and be successful with the next career opportunity and her current role as Director of Operations in one of the biggest companies in the solar energy business.
She is also executive part of Bulgarian Helsinki Committee where she explore her passion about making a difference and having an impact on someone's life.

After finishing her master’s in Political Science 2014, Astrid started her professional career working with NGOs in Berlin in the youth care sector. In the Neuköllner Netzwerk Berufshilfe e.V., Astrid supported teenagers (11-16 yrs) with their job applications and helped them find career opportunities. In 2015 she started on the project clarat from Benckiser Stiftung Zukunft, focused on digitalizing and mapping the child-, youth care and the refugee sector in Germany, using easy to read language and working with translators, to enhance the visibility and accessibility of available free of charge offers. Today these can be visited at https://handbookgermany.de.
Astrid then continued at wenigermiete.de, an online platform specialized on supporting tenants in conflicts with their landlords, where she handled cases of overcharging landlords, by enforcing the legal claims of the tenants to reduce the rent to the applicable rent level.
Today, Astrid works at Sustainalytics Morningstar in Amsterdam, the leading provider of ESG research data. In her role as Strategic Operations Leads, she coordinates the product development process for the Climate Solutions Methodology team.

Monika is a psychologist, career coach, entrepreneur, and recruiter for leadership-level positions at the most prosperous European startups and scale-ups.
She started her career in big corporations, and slowly progressed towards entrepreneurship. She has worked for international companies with global scope. Her enthusiasm lies in connecting her two passions - business and people and creating opportunities for everyone to achieve success through developing their authentic life stories.
She moved from Macedonia to the Netherlands in 2020, and she decided to open her company, KMT Solutions, together with her partner, which will help the startups in the development of their successful teams. Willing to also give back to society in such challenging times, she has also cofounded Youthpreneur Stichting - an organization that supports young people in career transition.
In this project, she will be involved as a mentor, helping young people in grasping their potential.

She integrates concepts of compliant mechanisms, smart materials, metamaterials, bio-inspired design and soft robotics into applications in maritime and offshore industry and transport technology.

Tiana is licensed psychologist and Gestalt Psychotherapist with both clinical and organizational experience. Apart from working on many different projects regarding mental health of young people in Macedonia, she’s also involved in the business sector with newly formed enterprise called “Sebeslozuvalka/Self-Puzzle”.
She’s the founder and executive manager of the company currently managing a team of 10 people in two offices in Macedonia. One is in the capital city of Skopje and the other is in the city of Kavadarci. She has a high passion for innovation and marketing, focusing on simplifying the mental health topics and creating a high quality content for all social media platforms. Apart from creating a 15k followers Instagram account for her company, she is also involved in the process of video editing, photography and graphic design.
As part of the company apart from manager and founder, she’s working both individual and couple psychotherapy sessions with clients, specializing in trauma. She’s hired as an expert in the Red Cross team of psychologists as well as in the anonymous shelter for domestic violence victims in Skopje.

Marija Burgieva is the CEO of a circular social start up O-Krug that turns orange peel waste into a line of products, while employing marginalized youth. She is also the co-founder of the first Macedonian platform for biodigradable products eco-habitat.mk and the CMO of Mamaorgana. From an early age, Marija joins the family company Mamaorgana, where bio humus is produced from food waste, and has the opportunity to get acquainted with the value of the circular economy and develops a huge passion for it.
She has attended numerous accelerator programs, training and seminars and participated in youth exchange programs, where she was further educated on business management, the UN Sustainable Development Goals and waste selection. Knowing all the processes in the operation of the family company, she came up with the idea of pre-selection of food waste, in order to increase the value and create higher revenues, i.e O-Krug.

She is also a certified trainer for the State Election Commission, having conducted over 50 training sessions and trained over 1 000 participants. Her professional experience includes working in law firms and corporations, numerous non-profit organizations, and as a real estate research and valuation consultant.
Over the past twelve years, she has been involved in non-formal education, volunteer work, as well as practical work, allowing her to experience not only being a student, participant, and team member, but also being a teacher, a facilitator, and a team leader.

Vafire holds Legal Law Master degree in International Law and relations and EU Law. Her professional carrier started as project assistant on an IPA funded project "Investigative journalism - guardian of democracy and human rights". Continues building her capacities in project management as project coordinator in the Association for Volunteerism Volunteers Centre Skopje, developing even further her abilities as a trainer on emotional intelligence and creative writing. Next she becomes program coordinator for Climate Change and Sustainable Development Education with Go Green Skopje. The switch in the private sector starts as Import Manager in Dauti Commerce, going further as International Recruiter on NATO projects.
